Qualifications: Level 2 Early Years Practitioner or Level 3 Early Years Educator or equivalent meeting this criteria:
* Experience: must have experience working in an Early Years setting (example Job Description attached)

* Given the above, this is not suitable for candidates from a general teaching/educational background, nor those looking for neonatal care roles. It is a practical early-years role in a childcare environment.
