Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and demonstrate leadership qualities while providing exceptional care to clients. The Therapist will be responsible for developing and implementing care plans tailored to each individual’s needs, ensuring a supportive and therapeutic environment.

SEVERE AND ENDURING MENTAL ILLNESS’
MUST BE ACCREDITED WITH BRITISH ASSOCIATION FOR BEHAVIOURAL AND
COGNITIVE PSYCHOTHERAPIES (BABCP)
ABLE TO DRIVE AND USE OF OWN CAR, HOWEVER THIS IS NOT ESSENTIAL DUE TO
CAR POOL AVAILABLE
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments to determine clients’ needs and develop personalised care plans.
Provide individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documenting progress and treatment outcomes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other professionals regarding treatment plans and progress.
Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in the field of therapy.
Lead workshops or support groups as needed to foster community engagement and support.
Requirements
Relevant qualifications in therapy or counselling (e.g., degree in psychology, social work, or related field).
Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
Strong leadership skills with the capability to inspire and motivate others.
Proficiency in IT systems for documentation and client management.
Experience in developing and implementing care plans is highly desirable.
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in practice.
